In the book "Danské glas 1825-1925" the glass is shown together with 2 others of the same type

The design is based on a porter glass manufactured at both Holmegaard and Aalborg Glassworks from the 1890s

The vase is signed Holmegaard PL 1954 and has its original label

full production was transferred to Holmegaard Glasværk

The glass is mouth-blown with a smooth stem and a number of olivine cuts on the cuppa

Safirblå vase af Per Lütken Keramik In the book "Danské glasHeight 20 cm. Signed Holmegaard IIs for 2nd grade, it is in good condition with no visible flaws. The model was designed by Per Ltken in 1955 and is included in several series, but never gets an actual name.
