Serges have been made in the Belgian Val Saint Lambert since the 1870s and were briefly made at Holmegaard during World War I and immediately after. The glass originated in Val Saint Lambert in the 1960s. The glass is cut on a form called Werner, which is decorated in several versions, of which this cut is called Serges. Serges are cut in crystal glass. This is necessary to be able to
