I have crocheted the cocoon in a looser stitch so that babies little bits and pieces can poke through and the hat is the perfect fit to keep your little ones' noggin' nice and warm. The cocoon measures approx 16 17" long by 8 9" wide and is crocheted in the round so that there are no seams. The beanie is also crocheted in the
