Made of a silk mixed and lined in silk I love the crinkled 3D texture she has created with the unusual exterior fabric choice. This is from her main earlier line and I suspect it is late eighties or early 90s it has a ILGWU tag inside the skirt. The cut is fantastic and she has nipped in the waist and the skirt is actually cut on the curve
