1970s Green Caped Jersey Maxi with Cut Out designer-suzy-perette early 1940sThis maxi dress is so insane and over the top. In person its a truer brighter green than how it photoed. It pops more. It is made of a rayon jersey that is easy to wear, travel with and care for. Its cut fairly sleek with the only definition being the gathering of the fabric around that round open circle at the waist. It flows around that from the shoulder to the floor. The shoulders are slightly rounded and from them a cape flows right to the floor.
