The color was very hard to capture so I have included a swatch that matches the actual color pretty closely

blowing off the girls’ clear plastic boaters and setting their extraordinary clothes flowing as they strode on in their thigh-high plastic boots

This golden hue is only broken up by the row of tightly spaced

rather it is all one long line of fabric with extra panels worked through each side of the hip to give it more volume as it nears the hem

The top closes with a series of hidden snaps and the pants close with a side
