Early 1970s Polly Peck by Sybil Zelker Liittle Black Wrap Dress designer-adrian Wonderful piece and in excellentThe Polly Peck company started up in the 1940s by a British husband and wife team, Raymond and Sybil Zelker. Sybil designed the clothing and her husband handled the business end of things. By the late seventies just after the time period this dress would be from, they sold out to a large investment firm. This dress is from when they still managed the company and Sybil was doing the designing. The dress is a pretty little wrap in a black synthetic
