It simply wraps and ties to one side of the inner side seam and then it snaps into place under the half bow of fabric at the waist on the other side

The  top is made of a beautiful silk

There is a tie that runs through the neckline and you can use it to cinch it on so that the dress sits up and on the shoulders or loosen it as I have so that it becomes an off-shoulder dress

The dress is in mint condition and was only worn one time

The dress is fully lined in a red silk and closes with a back set zipper
