1928 Flounce-y Frock D20-5315 Size Set:A: 32" to 38" bust 17-piece pattern originally by SimplicityD20 5315; 1928 Flounce y Frock 9 piece pattern originally by McCall, this slip on dress has an asymmetrical jabot across the front and cape across the back. The long sleeves have a flounce from elbow to wrist, or the frock may have short sleeves (or be sleeveless and the front flounce is then omitted), all with cape at back. A belt finishes the lowered waist line of either style. The long sleeve and sleeveless frock are sold together (9 piece pattern)
