1970s Green Net Frank Usher Gown designer-bob-mackie The back is left quiteA very unusual dress in that it is constructed entirely of a pleated netting in a brilliant green color. Onto the netting is an embroidered design that really serves to highlight the dresses design. It sits off shoulder though you could wear them up as well and has a wide, heavily embroidered collar. That same embroidery runs through the dress and gets heavier at the end of the fantastic wide sleeves and all around the bottom of the dramatic skirt. A
