This top has 3 4 length sleeves and a loose, flowy fit. The bodice portion of the top is completely lined, and the sleeve elastic is encased with a cotton binding for comfort. This style is meant to have a flowy fit, 3 4 length sleeves with elastic cuffs. I have given the "standard sizing" as a general reference. I'm sure you know that women's
