It is made from a beautiful royal blue velvet that has an extraordinary amount of embroidered applique work scattered over its surface and defining the edges and cuffs. These are bright and colorful and edged in gold giving it a regal feel. The cut is equally as wonderful and I love the volume and drama it has. The upper body and shoulders are cut rounded and loose, with the the torso and skirt of the coat
