All hand painted using metallic tinted paints and then hand applied with sequins in various metallic colors to pick up the painted colors used. Scenes depict sombrero bedecked men dancing with stunning girls in full pageantry. The skirt is short and quite full and it is important to note that it does not appear to have been shortened but that this is
