1960s Fred Perlberg White Maxi Dress designer-claude-montana I love the bit ofWonderful full length nylon jersey dress in a a off white. The skirt flows to the ground in a cascade of fabric there are yards of fabric in that skirt! The halter top is quite stunning with a low plunging front and halter style top that goes up and around the neck. It closes at the nape of the neck and then the back is left basically bare. The waist has a pretty illusion cut out detailing made of embroidered applique and highlighted with rhinestones.
