It is made of a crisp cotton that has been printed with one of Yves signature prints. The waist cinches in and below that the skirt has a fabulous fullness to it. Part of that fullness is because of the soft gathers that circles the skirt just under the more fitted band below the waistline. The fabric choice also helps it to retain that fullness. The black
