The dress is tiered in layers of that gorgeous fabric with one tier going up and over the shoulder

Pink netting is overlaid with pink machine thread lace. Over that was hand applied beading, rhinestones and baubles so there is a sense of movement and a bit of sound when it moves! Its amazing! I love the little puffed top detail its like he took a french beret and coutured it up! Excellent condition!
