The entire dress is made of a waffle weave cotton whose "waffle" is large and pronounced and acts as a design element in itself. The halter sweeps up and around the neck, hooking into place. I love the deep chocolate edges with a wide black band as it really emphasizes the bust. A band of chocolate and black anchor the hem as well
