You can see the work of the Ossie Clark and Celia Birtwell team in the cut of this dress and fabric choice. It is made of a heavy black silk damask that has a floral & leaf design in a glossier tone worked directly into the fabric. The cut is classic early seventies and showcases his incredible tailoring. It has an almost Victorian feel
