Though they seem to match I get the feeling that either the skirt may be older or it was stored differently then the jacket - it just feels older to me

or can be worn on the head or around the neck

The skirt trains out from there and is longer on the back then the front

It is cut like a loose fitting duster through the body and I love the attached tie at the neckline
