1950s Saks 5th Avenue Skirt designer-luis-estevez Item# C194A classic and hard to find 1950s circle skirt and this little beauty still has its Saks Fifth Avenue label to! It was almost certainly a designer pieces as well but sadly there is no longer any other tag. It has a very Claire McCardell feel to me and is a wonderful example of early American casual but with a nit of a French chi flair. The exterior is a gorgeous bias cut cotton with a bold blue print worked into the fabric. Inside it is fully lined in
