It is from Jean Muir and incorporates her love of using leather touches within her designs you often see this in her earlier pieces. The base fabric is made from a slinky, matte black jersey that gives the dress a bias cut feel when on and makes it very comfortable to wear. The skirt is dropped and gathered into the low seam with soft pleats. This gives it fullness and movement and also has a nod to the flapper dresses of the
