1960s George Halley Glitter & Silk 2 piece designer-chloe deep oxblood that is mixedThis two piece set is an easy to wear skirt and top combo. The silk has applied glitter that makes the design you see and a row of rhinestones ring the neck. The top is cut loose and easy with wide sleeves that come out from the waist and gradually narrow down to a slim cuff that zips around your wrist. The skirt has an odd rounded cut at its hem with a portion of it cut to hang longer then the rest. I styled this at the back so it gives it an almost
