These purple mica, known as lepidolite are a matte finish bead, so they do not have the typical 'shine' that most polished beads have. I actually like the vibe that it gives off. They have a deep purple coloring with some lighter beads and spots mixed throughout. There are even some tiny mica shimmer spots in places. These are an 8mm bead, so they are a bit chunkier.
