He uses the highest quality Italian leather and bases the design on straps from the 40 60's. Personally I wear one of these weekly. I like to describe them as a kind of shoe leather, but in a good sense. Little tougher, but still very soft. Just the feel that this leather wil outlast many many years as opposed to a strap that can be worn for just a year. This one
