There is a lovely richness on the palate from 20% barrel fermentation in neutral oak, supported by a bright mineral core and a long and persistent finish. 12. 5% abv A great quaffing local white Bacchus grapes grown by our lovely friends David Bailey and Lexa Hunt, their second vintage at Wraxall Vineyard. They acquired Wraxall Vineyard in 2021
