Fair Trade Ashanti Gold Dust Box glass It features a typical folkHandcrafted of recycled brass using the "lost wax" method of casting at an artisans cooperative in Ghana, this is a reproduction of an Ashanti gold dust box. Traditionally used by the Ashanti to store gold dust, the cover of the box is decorated with an Ashanti gold weight symbol. The brass alloy was made from recycled metal. Size 2 1 4" x 1" x 3 4".
