Pyrenees 'Shays Flat' Shiraz - 2020 featured we are eager to haveOnly 160 cases made. Region The old family vineyard at Shays Flat, Pyrenees. Winemaking Fermented in French puncheons for ten months. Tasting notes This is a medium bodied Shiraz with bright plum and black fruit flavours with a hint of pepper. Smooth tannins with some hints of vanilla that come through. A wine that can be enjoyed for most occasions and sums up why I love Pyrenees Shiraz. Pairing Any red meat you are BBQing.
