Weve streamlined things, giving it a flatter knob and, in this case, a low profile, short backplate. Itll work well in period properties with a contemporary edge, or by bringing a traditional touch to new builds. The dummy knob doesnt operate a mechanism. You can push or pull it, but it wont turn. Theres also no danger of it coming away in your hand weve engineered the backplate and
