La Guinelle - Vinegar Chenin - 500ml Region_Bugey Food Pairing: Anything on aThis delicious Chenin vinegar is one of Nathalie Lefort's 'Limited Edition' creations. Made from 'Premier Rendez Vous', a white wine made from 40 to 70 year old vines at Domaine Jousset in the Loire. Lise and Bertrand Jousset of Domaine Jousset make beautiful natural wines on their 11 hectares. They mostly grow Chenin Blanc, together with some Gamay and Grolleau and all their wines are made without the use of herbicides and fermentation is always with
