Original 1930's Sanella Margarine Carton mortar The end is tapped toOriginal 1930's paper carton for margarine. The 1931 date on the box has to do with the standard to which the box is constructed. I have had similar boxes with the 1931 date standard with use dates into the 1940's. It has fantastic graphics with a salesperson printed on the inside. It is in decent condition for a paper carton.
