This complex wine offers layers of plums, blackberries, cherry, and raspberry, with earthy undertones and fine tannins that lend elegance and depth. Hand harvested from vineyards with clay and granite soils, the grapes are destemmed and vinified with care. The wine spends 6 months aging in 400ml Tinajas amphoras, followed by 6 months of bottle aging,
