Florence and Benot's property is located in Ardche, nestled between the Cvennes and the Rhne. For Cros des Calades, they source their fruit from five neighbouring estates in the Ardche and Gard dpartements, all within just a few miles of their own vineyards. Their winemaking philosophy is simple, centred around respecting the
