Buttonhole brooch - Glucosed brooch 14ct and 18ct yellowCreated for the touring exhibition 'Rationed', this brooch was fabricated from a Glaxo tin, utilised to represent domesticity and the World War 2 wartime wife and mother. This piece, with an essence of the domestic, works as a button on brooch and as a simple pin on brooch when the leather strap is removed. Embellished with a tiny diamond. Repurposed steel tin, silver, diamond, steel, iron, and repurposed leather from vintage wallets.
