There are several small nips/holes throughout (see photos)

The body is solid and still has a lot of original green paint

The metal shows wear and corrosion

There is a chip on the larger one and a lot of wear to the finish one both of them

Bakelite Alpha Ink Pad reproduction The design of the maker'sAlpha Bakelite ink pad. It is postwar based on the small markings inside (VEB is East German), but still looks period correct otherwise. Perfect item to accompany your stamp library. It will need re inked. The inkpad itself is loose from the bottom (could be re glued). The lid does not stay closed very well.
