This allows you to operate different parts of the sprinkler system separately. The supply and branches have a 1" female threaded connection. The water distributor can be looped through to a next water distributor or other product, this connection has a 1" male thread. Connections to the water distributor can be made using ball valves, couplings and magnetic valves, for example.
