This pale ale is big on malt and bild with hops! The Golden color comes from ample use of specialty grains, which also add a rich caramel and toast malt aroma. Of course you cant be shy with the hops out here in the Pacific Northwest! So we have added a healthy portion of Cascade, Columbus, and Centennial hops late in the boil for a big
