Original Horse Blanket w/ Straps carcano This is a reproduction G43The German army relied on actual horse power as much as modern trucks and gun tractors. This is an original WWII German horse blanket. It comes with two heavy leather straps that are marked and dated, one appears to be ink stamp Berlin 194? and the other has a 3 letter code and 44. The blanket is in very nice condition. There are two areas of brown staining from where horse met saddle with blanket in between. Blanket measures approximately 50 inches
