As a result it's got an organic shape with remnants of the bark around the top

The kit includes a folded brass back, a toothed saw plate, and a ferrule for the handle (handle not provided in the kit, and saw plate is not set or sharpened). The saw plate is stamped at 16ppi, comes unsharpened, and with the factory bluing on the 1095 spring steel.
