This is now the third generation that are looking after the production. The company only consists of 10 staff, with a strong dedication to quality rather than quantity. A classic duck rillette from the Basque country with foie gras. Ingredients : Duck meat, Duck Liver, Duck Fat, Salt and Pepper.
