Yarra Valley Syrah - 2019 featured Region / PyreneesOnly 127 cases made. Region Yarra Glen sub region of the Yarra Valley. Winemaking 20% whole bunch, cold soaked for three days and then natural ferment for ten days. Aged in mostly old puncheons. Tasting notes This wine is more on the savoury end with plum and red fruit flavours. There is a hint of vanilla and coming through from the puncheons. Pairing Can't go wrong with pairing this with most meat dishes.
