Babel is a blend of 34% Shiraz, 24. 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 8% Malbec, 7% Petit Verdot, 5. 5% Cabernet Franc, and 4% Pinotage. The grape varieties are harvested & fermented separately (with extended maceration) before ageing in French Oak (30% new) for 12 months.
