Pedecastello Elevare 20 Sparkling Rosé - Bottle-refermented Region: Sanlúcar de Barrameda /Elevare is Alex Della Vecchia's traditional method sparkling wine from his small vineyard in the Dolomites foothills above Belluno, planted with Pinot Nero in 2010 on gravelly limestone soil at 500 600m altitude. Made only in the best vintages, with a light 12 hour skin maceration giving a lively cherry pink colour. Aromas of red berries, almond and wildflowers with a light balsamic lift; fine bubbles, bright acidity, good salinity and a long finish a
