Made with a specially blended earthy clay and fired in a reduction kiln to provide the distinctive speckle and muted shades. The outside and inside are glazed in a light stormy grey blue. It has a smooth sanded base to protect your surfaces and has been tested for water retention. Approximately 15cm high and 7. 5cm diameter. All Mud Dept. pieces are thrown on a wheel
