Fully Imbricated Plateau "Klickitat" Basket Photograph The foundation of the cuffThis is a fully imbricated Plateau huckleberry berry basket which are generically called "Klickitat" baskets although they were also made by the Yakima and Warm Springs tribes. This basket was not made by a Klickitat basket maker. I think it was woven by a woman at Warm Springs. It was collected in the Madras area, which is the town closest to Warm Springs.
