It is stamped "14k" for the gold purity. It was made circa the 1950s or so, in America. This piece features dazzling blue sapphire and diamond flowers. The stones are real. The diamonds are modern brilliant cut, and are good stones. They are of VS 1 clarity or better and about an F G color, about 5 points each in size, for a total diamond weight of 15 18 points.
