M Atelier Fume Volcanique is one of the most distinctive and imaginative agricole expressions to come out of Martinique in recent years a rum that takes its name and character from the volcanic terroir of the island itself. Part of the Atelier des Rhums series, a collaboration between J. M's master cellar Karine Lassalle and cocktail expert Joseph Akhavan of Paris's Mabel bar, the series uses agricultural rhums as a canvas and develops new
