CLYDE PARK 2022 ROSE producer_Bonacchi a deft touch of rancioSourced from the Clyde Park vineyard, this Ros is a blend of three blocks of Pinot Noir. The three blocks offer different aspect, clone and microclimate, which in turn leads to a Ros that shows complexity and finesse. The grapes were whole bunch pressed and the juice was fermented at a cool temperature to retain aromatics and elegance. The wine was partially stored in old French oak for three months.
