This set is American Brilliant Period and is cut with classically cut hobstars and decorations. The rims are cut with rounded teeth. The pieces are a good weight for their size. This piece does not have a maker's mark but is most likely the work of a high quality manufacturer such as Hawkes, Libby, Fry or Tuthill. This set is
