Stag's Hollow Winery - Pinot Gris 2025 some of which are agedStags Hollow is a winery in the Okanagan Falls Sub Geographical Indication committed to the sustainable production of wines of the highest quality. Stags Hollow was founded by Larry Gerelus and Linda Pruegger in 1992, with an initial planting of Vidal and Chasselas on a 10 acre vineyard. The strong demand on an initial small production led to the growth of the winery, and in 2011 the purchase of their Shuttleworth Creek vineyard. The business was sold
