El Meridiano comes from an association of 58 small lot farmers near the town of Rio Blanco in the Tolima region. A blend of Caturra with some Colombia and Castillo, this coffee is grown in between 1500 and 1900 MASL. The diverse microclimates in this area help boost complexity, and careful washing and patio or greenhouse drying assist consistency. El Meridiano is super drinkable
